Frank, Dolan & Mueller represented a woman who had surgery at a local hospital and was allowed to fall while she was recovering. The woman lost some use of her arm. Frank, Dolan & Mueller argued that the hospital should have monitored the woman more closely following her surgery.

The hospital argued that they were not at fault and that a St. Louis County jury would not find in our favor. Shortly before trial the defendant realized we would try the case and paid our client $760,000.
